2025 Applications are OPEN

Lovers and Lunatics will offer more than just music. It will be brought to life by the amazing food, art, and experiences our vendors create. Whether you're new to our community or a seasoned pro, we’re excited to see what you’ll bring to the table.

Important Notes:

  • All vendors — returning or new — must complete a fresh application for 2025.
  • Returning vendors are not guaranteed a spot. Selection is based on a set of criteria (see below).
  • Applications will be reviewed by our Vendor Manager, who will follow up directly with selected applications
  • There will be no refunds for cancellations
  • There will be a standby list in case of last-minute openings

How to Apply

Before you submit your application, please read through our 2025 Selection Criteria carefully.

Once your application is received, a Vendor Manager will contact selected vendors to confirm details and address any questions.

Application Deadlines

  • Food Vendors: Apply by August 15, 2025
  • Non-Food Vendors: Apply by August 10, 2025

⚠️ Only approved applicants will be contacted. Spaces are limited, and placement is on a first-confirmed basis ⚠️

2025 Selection Criteria

Applications are evaluated based on:

  • Completed form within the eligibility period
  • All requirements met including insurance, licenses, safety equipment and fees
  • A cohesive vendor plan including items for sale, price points, description and photos of setup and appearance
  • Variety of vendors already approved – ie. similar/same product vendors may be denied if there is already one approved for this year, or if there is a conflict with a festival sponsor
  • Quality of product/service
  • Size, power and staffing requirements

Note: A contract will be offered to selected vendors. Once offered, you’ll have 15 days to submit payment or the spot may go to someone else.

There are no refunds after payment is submitted. A waitlist will be created in case of cancellations.

Hours of Operation

All food vendors must remain open during the following times:

  • Saturday, August 30: 2 PM – 11 PM - negotiable
  • Sunday, August 31: 2 PM – 11 PM - negotiable

Vendor Fees

* Our Vendor Managers hold the right to charge a range of entry fees depending on size, placement and power requirements.

Food Vendors:

Base food vendor fees include

  • $100 - weekend/$55 - day
  • A limited number of food vendor spots are available.
  • Each setup will be evaluated individually based on food selection, size, and placement.
  • Two staff wristbands per day (more may be available upon request)

  • $75 - weekend/$40 - day
  • Space for one 12×12 tent space (more may be available upon request)
  • Two staff wristbands per day (more may be available upon request)
  • Garbage and waste disposal
